01
Editorial policy
Our articles focus on practical housing decisions for physicians, residents, fellows, locums, medical students, international medical graduates, and relocating clinicians. Content should distinguish general education from legal, tax, financial, immigration, safety, or medical advice; cite authoritative sources when factual claims require support; and avoid fabricated experience, credentials, testimonials, rankings, or guarantees.
02
Listing verification methodology
A verified label may reflect review of identity, contact information, authority to advertise, property information, or supporting records. The exact checks can vary by listing and available evidence. Verification is time-limited information—not an inspection, endorsement, background check, title opinion, or guarantee. Users should independently confirm ownership or management authority, the property, written lease, payment recipient, and current availability.
03
Review policy
Reviews should describe firsthand housing experiences and must not include harassment, unlawful discrimination, private medical or identity information, threats, promotional spam, or unsupported allegations. We may request evidence, label material relationships, reject incentivized manipulation, and remove content that violates policy. Moderation does not guarantee that every review is accurate.
04
Corrections and update requests
Send the page URL, disputed statement, supporting evidence, and requested correction through our contact page. We prioritize safety, pricing, availability, identity, and material factual errors. Substantive corrections may update the page and its reviewed date; disagreement alone does not require removal of accurate information.
05
Advertising and ranking disclosure
Paid plans, featured placements, and sponsored relationships can affect visibility and are labeled where practical. Payment does not purchase a positive review, verification outcome, or factual conclusion. Search order may also consider relevance, hospital proximity, completeness, availability, quality, and user-selected filters.
06
Automation and content governance
Software and automated tools may assist with formatting, summaries, duplicate detection, moderation, and content operations. Material public information remains subject to human standards for accuracy, privacy, fairness, and disclosure. We do not intentionally publish mass-generated pages without useful, market-specific information.
